About This Role

As a Junior KYC Analist Consumer at Projective Talent, you will focus on conducting and reviewing customer due diligence for private clients. You will investigate client information, identify risks, and ensure well-substantiated and carefully documented conclusions. The client portfolio is broad and diverse, exposing you to various themes and risk areas. You will work in an environment where quality and productivity go hand-in-hand, with opportunities to contribute to process and methodology improvements.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer investigations through desk research using internal systems and external public sources.
  • Analyze and assess customer behavior and transactions to identify risks.
  • Formulate and document clear conclusions and risk classifications in designated systems.
  • Initiate telephone contact with clients to verify missing information or ask additional questions.
  • Actively contribute to the further professionalization and quality improvement of the KYC process.

Your Skills

You have a keen interest in KYC and compliance, and you thrive in structured and precise work. You are eager to learn, quickly grasp new information, and feel comfortable in a dynamic work environment. While collaboration comes naturally, you also take responsibility for your own dossiers and development. You balance quality with progress and are proactive in taking initiative.

Important Requirements

  • Completed HBO/WO education (Bachelor's/Master's degree).
  • Experience as a KYC analyst is a plus.
  • Available at least 36 hours per week (40 hours possible).
  • Proactive and hands-on work ethic.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with or affinity for telephone customer contact.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to work hybrid, with at least two days per week in the office.
