Job Description
About the Role
As a Junior Compliance Officer at Projective Talent, you will support the execution of compliance controls, monitor risks, and advise internal stakeholders. You will analyze processes, identify potential compliance risks, and assist in implementing appropriate measures.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Performing compliance monitoring and controls on processes and files;
- Identifying and analyzing compliance risks and deviations;
- Supporting the implementation and adherence to compliance policies and procedures;
- Preparing and maintaining reports and compliance documentation;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to discuss and resolve compliance issues.
Your Skills
You have a solid foundation in Compliance and are motivated to develop further into a specialist. You are analytical, accurate, and adept at applying regulations in practice.
Key requirements:
- A completed hbo or university degree, preferably in Law, Criminology, Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field;
- Approximately 1 year of work experience within Compliance;
- Basic knowledge of relevant laws and regulations;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work attitude.

- A competitive starting salary of €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours (entry level dependent on knowledge and work experience);
