Your Role as Senior Project Manager Life Science
You will interface with PMA clients and project teams through strategic real estate planning, design, and construction of new buildings, tenant improvements, and facilities assignments.
- 8+ years in Life Sciences, Wet Lab, or Healthcare design/construction
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- Experience as Owner’s Representative or Project Manager
- Expertise in project phases from master planning to construction
- Strong skills in budgeting, project controls, and team leadership
