Dental Hygienist at Project HOME
Join Project HOME, a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness. We are seeking a mission-driven Dental Hygienist who is passionate about clinical excellence, public health dentistry, and serving a diverse community. Location and Schedule
Location: Stephen Klein Wellness Center – Philadelphia, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Compensation: $77,000-$90,000/year ($37-$43/hr), based on experience

What You'll Do
- Evaluate and promote patients' oral health with professionalism and care
- Perform cleanings, periodontal scaling, fluoride treatments, sealants, and local anesthesia
- Capture and mount digital radiographs
- Educate patients on hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (ECW experience a plus)
- Provide compassionate service to a diverse patient population
What You Bring
- Current PA Registered Dental Hygienist license
- Local Anesthesia Permit
- CPR (BLS) certification
What You May Bring
- Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner (PHDHP) Permit
- Experience working with underserved populations
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) or similar electronic health record systems
