Job Description
Business Analyst, AI Discovery Projects at Project Foundry
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to support an exciting new AI development and implementation programme within an Enterprise-level Life Sciences organisation. This is a high-impact role where you will be at the forefront of delivering brand new technology solutions across multiple business units, worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, identifying areas where AI could benefit day-to-day productivity.
- Conduct initial scoping & discovery exercises to define objectives and deliverables.
- Lead and facilitate requirements-gathering workshops across multiple business units.
- Document high-quality business requirements and produce exceptional business design documentation.
- Ensure alignment of business solutions with overall strategic objectives.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally within a regulated environment.
- IIBA or other BA certification preferred.
- Good knowledge of Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude etc.
- Proficiency in Visio, MS Office suite, and tools such as Jira.
- Experience working at the initial discovery stage of brand new business areas is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Confident working in fast-paced, change-driven settings.
