We are not building an AI feature; we are building a cognitive infrastructure layer. Arkhion is a memory-first system designed for structured storage, durable indexing, and natural-language recall across personal data environments. This is not a chatbot, not an LLM wrapper, and not a growth experiment. It is architecture.
Why Now?
Europe is moving toward sovereign, regulation-aligned AI infrastructure. The AI Act and data governance frameworks are not obstacles — they are signals. The next generation of systems will not be built on extraction and prompt tricks; they will be built on durable architecture.

About the Founding Systems Architect Role
We are looking for a Founding Systems Architect who has:
- Designed scalable infrastructure in production
- Built indexing & retrieval systems beyond prototype level
- Worked with distributed architectures
- Strong, defensible opinions about system boundaries
If your strength is rapid prototyping, this is not your role. If you have built systems that survived scale, scrutiny, and regulation — this is a founding-level position with meaningful equity.
