Overview

Progyny is seeking a highly motivated Legal Operations and Product Specialist to support our team with legal and compliance matters related to product development and management. You will partner with internal and external teams to ensure all deliverables are met accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

You will:

  • Develop policies and processes for legal and compliance projects for women’s health products.
  • Drive initiatives and manage projects to improve legal operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments on product implementation and maintenance.
  • Create project plans, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
  • Analyze operational performance post-project execution.
  • Compile responses for legal reporting requests.
  • Implement new processes to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure proper documentation.

About You

You should have at least 3-5 years of experience, preferably with in-house managed care experience, and familiarity with project planning, regulatory submissions, compliance, and licensing processes. Knowledge of ERISA and HIPAA is an advantage. Experience in the reproduction or women’s health field is a plus. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.
