About the Role

Progyny is seeking a strategic and results-driven Healthcare Regulatory Specialist to support a new fully insured healthcare product offering. In this role, you will drive measurable value, ensure regulatory compliance, drive growth in a new market segment, and advise and guide on compliant development of Progyny’s fully insured health plan offering.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate with health plan teams to align initiatives.
  • Advise Progyny Select insurance, compliance, and legal teams.
  • Draft, review and negotiate vendor and partner agreements.
  • Disseminate best practices and compliance playbooks.
  • Provide solution-focused legal and regulatory advice.
  • Perform licensing, delegation review and monitoring activities.
  • Stay current on federal and state regulatory changes.

About You

You should possess a college degree in a healthcare, policy, or related field. A JD or healthcare compliance certification is preferred. You have 3-5+ years of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, effective communication, proven project management, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
