Overview

Thank you for considering Progyny! As a Client Success Manager - Health Plan at Progyny, you will be instrumental in fostering and nurturing strong relationships with our expanding portfolio of Health Plan Partnership clients. This role involves managing client accounts, providing ongoing support, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling, and includes an annual travel expectation of up to 15%.

What You’ll Do

Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate relationships at multiple levels within client organizations, acting as a trusted Progyny consultant and business advisor.

Collaboration: Build strategic partnerships with Health Plans, consultants, brokers, and internal partners to enhance client value and satisfaction.

Growth Strategy: Develop and execute tailored retention and growth plans for each assigned client in partnership with cross functional teams.

Negotiation and Influence: Strategically plan and influence interactions with key stakeholders to achieve strategic account objectives.

Value Delivery: Ensure effective delivery of value focusing on plan performance and service outcomes.

Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess needs and provide updates.

Performance Analysis: Communicate the value proposition, program performance, and trend drivers to clients.

About You

You have 3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or relationship management with small market clients. Familiarity with the healthcare or employee benefits industry is essential. You demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical abilities. Organization, effective multitasking, and a proven track record of developing strategic growth and retention plans are key.

This is not a digital nomad or remote international position; candidates must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
