About the Role

As a Software Developer Mid or Senior in our Claims IT organization, you’ll contribute to developing scalable, cloud-based solutions as part of the Service Assignment for Reps (SAR) team. As part of this team, you’ll be developing and enhancing technology solutions supporting a robust business agenda leveraging automation and vendor integrations as part of our Claims Triage & Automation (CTA) program. You’ll work with modern technologies, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies in a collaborative Scrum environment.

• Participation in the on-call support rotation is required.

This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
• OR Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
• OR Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and a minimum of 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and developing software using object-oriented programming.
• Experience working with modern front-end frameworks like Angular (Version 14 or higher).
• Practical knowledge and experience with Cloud Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Familiarity with Splunk for system monitoring.
• Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this Software Developer Mid or Senior role ranges from $98,000 - $137,000/year, depending on your position level and experience. You'll also be eligible for a Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
