About the Role

As a Senior Paid Social Media Campaign Specialist at Progressive Insurance, you will join the Progressive Media Group to develop direct marketing and brand campaigns. You will identify, test, measure, and scale growth opportunities, manage relationships with social media partners, and drive strategy while collaborating with internal teams including Media, Marketing, Legal, Control, and Business Units.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement paid social media strategies and campaigns
  • Plan, test, and optimize campaign structures and performance
  • Manage relationships with new and existing social media partners
  • Set up campaign measurement and analyze results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals

Must-have Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED with eight+ years or Bachelor’s with five+ years in marketing or digital media

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in paid media strategy and campaign optimization
  • Hands-on experience with major social platforms and analytical tools
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range from $72,100 to $96,100 with potential for a gainshare bonus up to 30% of eligible earnings. Benefits include 401(k) match, comprehensive medical, wellness programs, paid time off, and more.
