As a Lead Information Security Analyst, AI within the Emerging Technology domain, you'll contribute to securing enterprise AI and machine learning initiatives as part of the team advancing these capabilities. In this role, you’ll provide deep technical expertise and partner closely with engineering, data science, and product teams, aligning your work to the overall strategy and direction established for the organization. In addition, you’ll focus on supporting high-priority, innovative AI efforts where security standards are still evolving, and guidelines are not yet fully mature. Furthermore, you’ll work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams at the earliest stages of AI development. Moreover, you’ll provide practical security guidance, conduct recurring lightweight security reviews, and help teams move quickly without introducing unnecessary friction or risk.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must-have Qualifications

• A minimum of eleven years related work experience.
• OR Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years relevant work experience.
• OR Master's degree or higher and a minimum of six years relevant work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstratable experience collaborating with various teams to deliver AI capabilities and provide real-time security guidance.
• Expertise in translating AI designs into practical, shippable guardrails without slowing delivery.
• Prior experience owning post-launch AI safety protocols, including telemetry setup, abuse detection, rollback/kill-switch planning, and ongoing validation as models, data, and usage evolve.
• Experience applying basic application and cloud security principles to real-world projects by reviewing architecture, code, and access controls, and working with engineers to quickly resolve issues.
• Ability to validate AI security through simple, repeatable methods, such as testing for vulnerabilities and ensuring systems work as expected within the team’s normal development process.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $132,210-$146,900/yearGainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
