Introduction

Progressive Insurance is dedicated to helping employees move forward and live fully in their careers. As an IT Business Systems Analyst Senior Lead within the RTB Portfolio Delivery organization, you will support enterprise-wide upgrades and migrations, including Windows Server and SQL Server implementations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner with application and domain owners to implement upgrades and infrastructure changes that drive effective work practices. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, gather and validate business requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in IT or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum four years of experience in designing, programming, testing, and supporting software solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in UI testing frameworks such as Playwright or similar tools.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman or comparable platforms.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services such as Cognito, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $87,200 to $115,000/year with additional gainshare incentives up to 30% based on company performance. Benefits include 401(k) match, comprehensive medical coverage, wellness programs, paid time off, and diverse career development opportunities.
