About the Role
As a digital front-end developer senior or lead on the Knowledge and Development Solutions (KDS) Digital Team, you’ll partner with your assigned business area to design and deliver custom SharePoint sites, Power Apps, and other digital solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to build intuitive, accessible tools that streamline workflows, improve user experience, and enhance communication. This role requires advanced SharePoint and Power Platform skills, as you’ll be a key contributor in driving operational efficiency and ensuring digital initiatives align with business priorities.

Qualifications
Must-have Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of front-end development or related work experience
- OR Associate's degree or higher and a minimum of 5 years of front-end development or related work experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years of front-end development or related work experience
Preferred Skills
- Advanced experience developing with Power Apps
- Experience with Power Automate; knowledge of Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, including strong content organization and site structuring skills and hands-on experience with SharePoint lists and libraries
- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
- Understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $107,000 - $131,200/year based on position level
- Incentive: Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
