As a mid-level data analyst within the Direct Agency Advancement organization, you’ll deliver impactful data-driven insights to guide our auto and renters’ strategy. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to build and modernize our analytics, improve how insights are generated and consumed, and help drive measurable business outcomes. Your work will directly boost analytic throughput and enable informed, timely decision-making across the organization.
Remote work allowed, with occasional travel for meetings and/or training.
Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of four years of analytical work experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience

- Proficient in data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) and with programming tools (e.g., SQL, R, or Python).

Compensation
$67,300-$89,700/year, depending on experience. Gainshare bonus up to 24% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
