Role Summary
As a Customer Strategist Lead - Organic Search on the Commercial Lines Web Presence team, you will drive SEO strategies to enhance visibility for Progressive Commercial Insurance products. Your responsibilities include leveraging technical expertise in content strategy, addressing technical challenges, optimizing performance, and aligning SEO efforts with PR and branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive measurable organic growth through enterprise-level SEO tactics.
- Collaborate with development, product management, and design teams.
- Optimize performance and address technical challenges.
- Align SEO strategies with PR and digital authority-building efforts.
- Monitor and adjust for emerging AI-driven search trends.
Qualifications
Must have at least 10 years of professional experience or a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years experience in digital product delivery. Proven success in driving organic growth in highly regulated sectors, with deep fluency in technical and content SEO, including structured data and core web vitals.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $98,400 - $131,200/year plus gainshare incentive up to 30%.

Work Arrangement
This is a remote position with occasional travel to the Corporate Headquarters in Mayfield Village, Ohio (300 North Commons Blvd.) three to four times per year.
