Tender Manager Solar Parks and BESS Projects

ProfiNRG is a leading energy company in the Netherlands, specializing in large-scale solar energy systems. We are seeking a Tender Manager to lead tender processes for solar parks and BESS projects, supporting our international growth ambitions.

The Role

As a Tender Manager, you will coordinate the entire tender process for large-scale solar parks and BESS projects across Northwest Europe. This includes calculation, procurement preparation, planning, client communication, and process improvement. You will work collaboratively with a tender team to translate technical and commercial opportunities into winning proposals. Your key responsibilities will include:

Setting up, organizing, and coordinating large-scale tenders.
Preparing and managing accurate calculations with the tender team.
Collaborating with procurement colleagues on purchasing preparations for tender support.
Working with the sales engineer to define technical solutions based on client needs.
Coordinating contract terms with the legal counsel and client.
Aligning planning, quality, and commercial terms with internal and external parties.
Maintaining and strengthening relationships through client contact, meetings, and presentations.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of commercial processes and methods.

You will be part of the commercial team in our Utrecht office, working alongside tender managers, sales engineers, and business development managers to drive winning proposals and international growth.

What You Bring

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional with a passion for technology and the following qualifications:

A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree, preferably with a technical background (e.g., electrical engineering, physics, or mechanical engineering).
At least 3 years of experience in multidisciplinary, technically complex projects.
An entrepreneurial, proactive, and structured mindset with a hands-on approach.
Clear and convincing communication skills, both internally and externally.
Fluent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
