Role Overview - Senior Regional Sales Manager

This role is responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business in the Dallas/TOLA territory through direct sales and channel partners. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, you will work with sales engineering, business development teams and leverage your existing network to drive a robust pipeline of new and expanding client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement targeted sales strategies for new business accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline, utilizing Salesforce for updates.
  • Deliver compelling web-based and in-person presentations to C-level executives.
  • Utilize a consultative approach aligning Proficio solutions with client needs.
  • Plan sales events, build account target lists, and negotiate with senior decision makers.

Requirements & Benefits

  • 3+ years’ direct cybersecurity sales experience; MSSP preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales quotas.
  • Technical acumen in security, networking, and software/hardware solutions.
  • 50% travel within designated territory.
  • Competitive $125K base salary on a 50/50 plan with additional benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K, unlimited flex time off, gym reimbursement, and more.
