Introduction
Professional Care Medical Practice, P.C. is a physician founded, nationally accredited correctional health care practice offering comprehensive medical and mental health services in New York. This unique role as a Physician Assistant Nurse Practitioner provides a hybrid experience of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine.
Position Details
This is a full-time role with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing on-site medical care at the Saratoga County Correctional Facility in Ballston Spa, NY.
Compensation & Benefits
A competitive salary with a sign on bonus of $10,000 is offered. Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience with an estimated range between $115,000 and $135,000 per year. Additional benefits include:

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, board certified, licensed to practice in New York, with an active DEA license, up-to-date BLS certification, and a current Driver’s License.
