About The Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own and develop an entire product area focused on collaboration. You will drive both design and execution to stay ahead of our competition in an environment of innovation and uncertainty.

Your role involves simplifying complex challenges for large enterprises while working within a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and product managers across North America and Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements for modern product managers and their stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to clarify customer problems.
• Outline innovative solutions while considering viability and feasibility.
• Simplify promising solutions to their most efficient form.
• Participate in design critiques and product discussions.
• Iterate on features with focus on business and customer impact.
• Translate complex concepts into actionable business insights.

About You

You have 5+ years of UX-related experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. You possess strong interaction and visual design skills, can conduct user research, and have experience with modern design tools like Figma. Your portfolio showcases impactful product experiences delivered with cross-functional teams, and you communicate effectively with diverse audiences including senior executives.
