About the Frontend Product Engineer Role at Productboard
Join one of Productboard's innovative product teams as a Frontend Product Engineer and contribute to developing features with real value for a one-of-a-kind product management system, currently trusted by over 5000 global companies. You'll work within small, cross-functional teams, typically comprising 3 developers, a designer, and a product manager. - Frontend: TypeScript, React.js

About You
Productboard is seeking a Frontend Product Engineer with the following skills and qualities:
- 3+ years of experience in building robust web applications.
- Proven experience with single-page applications built using JavaScript and React.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, Continuous and Progressive Delivery with Feature Flags is highly valued.
- A solid grasp of functional programming principles.
- Confidence in designing scalable frontend architecture and a passion for performance optimization.
- Experience mentoring teammates, conducting thorough code reviews, and engaging in pair-programming.
- A proactive drive to perfect editor and tooling setups.
- The initiative to independently resolve issues rather than waiting for others.
- Ability to articulate technical viewpoints clearly, even on topics like "tabs vs. spaces."
