Your Contributions as an AI Engineer

• Design and build AI agent systems capable of executing autonomous workflows, orchestrating multiple models, tools, and data sources to solve complex business problems.
• Develop with AI-assisted programming (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot…), maximizing your productivity and that of the team. We expect you to master these tools and help extend their use within the organization.
• Implement Generative AI solutions in production: advanced RAG systems, intelligent chatbots, natural language processing pipelines, content generation, and LLM-based automations.
• Integrate AI into the product stack, connecting intelligent solutions with our clients' existing frontend, backend, APIs, and data platforms.
• Experiment and prototype rapidly: aligned with our high-frequency iteration philosophy, you will test new models, techniques, and architectures to validate AI growth hypotheses.
• Contribute to Product Hackers' AI strategy, identifying opportunities to apply artificial intelligence to the Growth of digital products and proposing new service lines.

What Will Make You Succeed With Us?

Hard Skills

• +4 years of experience in software development, preferably with Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js, with the judgment to design clean and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows: you have built multi-agent systems, orchestrated tools with frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar, and understand agent design patterns (planning, tool use, memory, evaluation).
• Proficiency in AI-assisted programming: you regularly use Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or other AI-assisted coding tools. Not just for autocompletion, but as a real workflow that multiplies your output.
• Solid knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI: advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG systems, model evaluation (evals), grounding techniques, and hallucination mitigation.
• Experience with Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and scale AI solutions in production.
• Familiarity with MLOps and observability tools to monitor model and agent behavior in production.

Soft Skills

• Product and Growth mindset: you don't just think about technology, but about impact on business metrics. You understand funnels, experimentation, and optimization.
• Iteration speed: you are comfortable prototyping quickly, validating hypotheses, and pivoting when data indicates.
• Clear communication: you can explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams and clients.
• Remote collaboration: you are accustomed to working autonomously and coordinated in distributed teams.
• Continuous learning: the world of AI moves at breakneck speed, and you move with it. You read papers, try new tools, follow the latest releases.
• Fluent Spanish, both spoken and written.

Additionally, it will be ideal if you...

• Have experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and building integrations for LLMs to interact with external tools and data.
• Have worked with open-source models (Llama, Mistral, Qwen…) and know when it makes sense to use them versus proprietary models.
• Have knowledge of Data Science and NLP applied to business analysis.
• Are familiar with AI security and privacy practices: red teaming, guardrails, regulatory compliance (European AI Act).
• Have experience with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) for process automation and rapid prototyping.
• Have a good level of English.
• Have contributed to open-source projects or have a presence in the AI community (blog, talks, GitHub…).

• Salary between €29,000-€39,000 gross per year (depending on expertise)
