Your Role as a Product Supply Manager
As a Product Supply Manager at P&G, you will gain exposure to world-class P&G technologies and standards. We are committed to your professional growth through hands-on experience, dedicated mentoring, and comprehensive training programs.
- Lead global initiatives for loss identification and elimination by developing process and organizational capabilities using manufacturing tools.
- Drive standardization, manage equipment changes, and oversee process validation.
- Build technical troubleshooting capabilities for process failures.
- Manage the daily direction-setting process, including reporting results, flagging issues, and requesting resources.
- Reduce overall costs and drive productivity through improved asset utilization and benchmarking.
- Serve as the central information hub for all project and product development initiatives.
- Coordinate capital projects across all functions and teams.
- Demonstrate leadership in applying technology to solve manufacturing challenges.
- Design processes to foster best-in-class manufacturing capabilities.
- Accelerate the speed to market for new products and innovations.
- Lead large project management teams from the outset, controlling and optimizing capital and project spending.

Job Qualifications
- Recent graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Alternatively, an MBA degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English, coupled with strong technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
