As an intern in the IT Supply Chain Talent Development Program, you will combine your studies with practical experience, working alongside a team of specialists who leverage IT and business skills daily. You will gain in-depth knowledge in the supply chain area and utilize modern technologies, developing future-ready skills within a company consistently recognized as a global Supply Chain Master in Gartner's ranking for the past 10 years. What You Will Do
- Contribute to P&G's business growth by implementing improvements in automation, digitization, and analytics.
- Lead significant projects and initiatives with full responsibility for business results.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our business practices, technologies, systems, corporate culture, organizational structure, and management styles.
- Develop through leadership, constructive feedback, top-tier training, and dedicated coaching and mentoring from your manager and colleagues.
- Utilize various analytical tools, applications, and operational excellence methodologies to drive impact.
What We Are Looking For
We invite you to apply if you are:
- A 3rd, 4th, or 5th-year student or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, possessing a genuine passion for business and technology.
- Experienced in IT projects, whether gained through academic studies, personal endeavors, or initial professional roles.
- Fluent in English; a good command of Polish is a valuable asset.
- Familiar with PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Knime, or have practical knowledge in one of the following: VBA, SQL, Python, or R (this will be an additional advantage).
- A candidate demonstrating strong analytical skills (with a preferred deep understanding of IT), results-oriented, always seeking improvement opportunities, and capable of seeing projects through to completion.
- Open to sharing and receiving feedback, eager to learn, and thrive in a diverse work environment.
What You Can Expect
- A 12-month internship based on an employment contract.
