About the IT Development Program

Information Technology at Procter & Gamble integrates business, innovation, and technology to create a competitive advantage. Responsibilities

  • Develop code to solve business problems
  • Communicate and cooperate with all parties

  • Collaborate with vendors to meet business needs

Program Details

The traineeship lasts 3 to 12 months and may lead to a full-time position based on performance. Roles may vary according to skills and recruiter assessment, including Product Owner, Project Manager/Scrum Master, Operations Manager, DevOps Manager, Software Engineer, Data Engineer, AI Engineer, UX/UI Designer and more.

Qualifications

Candidates must be 3rd, 4th, or 5th year students or recent graduates with a passion for business and technology. Basic programming skills in any language, problem solving abilities, strong leadership and teamwork, and upper-intermediate (or higher) English proficiency are required.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in JavaScript, Python, Scala, or Java
  • Basic cloud knowledge (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, Spark, Databases, SQL
  • Relevant IT certifications such as Bootcamp, SCRUM, or Cloud Certification
