Job Description
About the Role
As an Electronic Engineer at Procter & Gamble, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and optimization of electronic systems for our innovative personal care products. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, problem-solving acumen, and leadership in project execution, ensuring product quality and market success.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the circuit module and system design of personal care products.
- Responsible for feasibility analysis and evaluation of product electronic design.
- Responsible for schematic design and wiring; and verify and debug.
- Presided over the analysis of development and trial production problems, put forward solutions and verify.
- Leading OEM/ODM projects.
- Responsible for continuous quality improvement and provide cost optimization solutions.
- Report the progress of the project, and provide technical advice as the basis for decision-making by the project team or the upper level.
- Own the analysis and resolution of technical issues/problems, and actively cooperate with other functional departments to reach consensus on action.
- Ensure the completion of the project schedule.
- Ensure design compliance and respect for intellectual property.
Qualifications
- Master or PhD in electronic engineering, or undergraduate applicants with strong technical background.
- Strong practical and experimental ability in analog and digital circuit design and wiring.
- Good understanding about the electronics testing & manufacture process.
- Rich experience in the design of home appliances or consumer electronics.
- Proficient in spoken and written English at work.
