Customer Success Engineer II
We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer II to drive the success of Procore’s General Contractor customers. In this role, you’ll be the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert. Your success is measured when customers realize business performance gains from their investment in Procore.
You will help construction organizations understand best practices around construction technology and solutions, providing recommendations to maximize the value of Procore’s technology. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Make data-driven recommendations using customer analytics and industry best practices.
- Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business problems.
- Provide product roadmap and release updates.
- Drive product demonstrations and coordinate multiple technical resources.
- Serve as a technical account manager with clear communication.
- Foster team culture by mentoring and collaborating at all levels.
- Develop mastery of Procore’s products and industry best practices.
- Travel up to 50% for client sites, events, and internal meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Construction industry expertise.
- 3+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales experience.
- Strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s offerings and emerging technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively on time-sensitive projects.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both virtual and in-person.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in various construction roles is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Additional Information
Base Pay Range: $83,200 - $114,400 with an on-target earnings estimate of $104,000 - $143,000 plus commission and equity. Procore offers a robust benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic, inclusive environment.
This is a remote position requiring external candidates to be based in a Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone. Internal candidates may be located anywhere in the US.
