Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success Engineer II to drive the success of Procore’s General Contractor customers. In this role, you’ll be the product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert. You will help improve the lives of our construction customers by connecting them on a global platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make data-driven recommendations to optimize the value of Procore.
  • Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business challenges.
  • Provide product roadmap and release updates.
  • Lead product demonstrations and coordinate technical resources.
  • Act as a technical account manager with excellent communication.
  • Collaborate with Sales, PS, Support, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Mentor peers and support a positive team culture.
  • Travel up to 50% to client sites and Procore offices.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction industry expertise.
  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Technical Pre-Sales.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of Procore’s products.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Additional Information

This is a remote position requiring candidates to be based in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) zone (external candidates) with internal candidates eligible from anywhere in the US. The compensation base pay ranges from $83,200 to $114,400, with estimated on-target earnings between $104,000 and $143,000.
