Role: Senior Consultant – Projektleitung

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in a full-time role (40h/week) with deep expertise in organizational project management.

Responsibilities

  • Advise mid-sized companies on process and change management.
  • Develop and implement tailored organizational strategies.
  • Lead projects with a focus on structure and efficiency.
  • Manage all project phases from planning to closure.
  • Establish sustainable changes within client organizations.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure goal achievement and increased efficiency.
  • Support in acquiring new projects and further developing the service portfolio.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of consulting experience, ideally in process and change management.
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience in project management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, structured and goal-oriented work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel and team spirit.
