The Position

The Administration Assistant plays a crucial role in providing seamless support to our customers and maintaining efficient operational processes. This role includes quoting, booking, order entry, managing accounts payable tasks, and raising purchase orders. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

What You Will Do

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support across communication channels.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage front desk and reception duties as required.
  • Develop and maintain customer service relations.
  • Handle fleet registration tasks and coordinate orders for panel parts.
  • Accurately enter orders and pricing into systems.
  • Prepare quotes, process bookings, and manage order entries.
  • Generate reports and invoices as required.
  • Assist with accounts payable and raise purchase orders timely.
  • Arrange vehicle deliveries and collaborate to meet KPIs.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management.

What You Will Bring

  • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administration is preferred.
