About the Role
The Member Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving member engagement and increasing utilization of PHM's services across our corporate client base. This role brings a focused, strategic approach to engagement, ensuring that more employees understand and take advantage of the benefits available to them.
You will act as a key connector between Marketing, Account Management, and Clinical teams, improving collaboration and ensuring that both scalable campaigns and client specific initiatives are executed with urgency and precision. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on new case growth and client satisfaction.
What You'll Accomplish
- Drive consistent achievement or exceedance of monthly new case enrollment targets through improved engagement strategies
- Strengthen collaboration and trust between Marketing, Account Management, and Clinical teams
- Improve client satisfaction by supporting seamless onboarding and ongoing engagement experiences
- Increase inbound member engagement through campaigns and testing initiatives
How You'll Spend Your Days
Driving Member Engagement
- Develop and execute engagement strategies in partnership with RNs and Account Management
- Support and optimize email sequencing and outreach efforts to drive member activation
Balancing Scalable and Custom Work
- Manage a mix of broader marketing initiatives and ad hoc client specific requests
- Develop marketing materials with quick turnaround times while maintaining quality and consistency
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Account Management and Clinical teams to align on priorities and execution
- Communicate timelines, expectations, and updates clearly to stakeholders
Testing and Optimization
- Own and prioritize a roadmap of tests and new ideas to improve engagement and performance
- Evaluate what is working and iterate quickly based on insights
What You Bring to the Table
Required
- 5+ years of experience with 3+ years of experience in a B2B2C environment
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership, with a track record of delivering work quickly and effectively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities while staying organized
- Experience balancing scalable marketing initiatives with high touch, custom requests
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with high engagement and follow through
- Familiarity with AI and desire to utilize AI tools for efficiency
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare benefits, digital health, or employee engagement marketing
- Familiarity with Outreach.io or similar email sequencing tools
- Experience working with cross functional teams including clinical or account management partners
Compensation
The target base salary for this position is 90,000 - 120000. This base salary is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes: health/dental/vision benefits, annual cash incentive program, 401k with match, flexible PTO, PHM for PHM (our services for you and your dependents) and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation.
Location
This is a remote role requiring that you live in and physically perform all work in the United States.
