What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide technical support and assistance for complex customer product issues, both remotely and on-site
- Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system
- Conduct proactive support activities to ensure optimal product performance
- Train and mentor team members on technical tools and processes
- Manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology, biomedical engineering, or a related science or engineering field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in laboratory instrumentation, with at least 2 recent years in technical product support
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage time and territory effectively to meet customer needs
- Experience with regulatory standards affecting IVDs and biologics

- Must reside within the designated territory
- Experience with Alinity systems is preferred; knowledge of cGMP requirements is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions
