About the Remote Data Entry Order Management Role

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Improve customer satisfaction with timely order processing.
- Receive, edit, and enter incoming orders promptly.
- Review and verify order details for accuracy.
- Manage orders throughout the complete order cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of data entry or customer support experience.
- Experience with Oracle, CRM, and/or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with customer interaction preferred.
- Associate's degree is an advantage.
