What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collect, analyze, and organize information and data for project oversight.
- Develop, update, and maintain detailed working instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Manage communication and track progress of tasks as per project schedule.
- Document and track project risks, issues, actions, and lessons learned.
- Support grant applications and reporting with necessary documentation and research.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years without a degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
- Must be a US Citizen and a resident of the US for at least the last 3 years.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- CAPM or PMP certification.
- Experience with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
- Familiarity with State-based or Federally Facilitated Health Insurance Exchange.
- Grants experience and knowledge of policy and rulemaking.
- Strong SharePoint skills.
