Job Summary
As an Executive Assistant, Information Systems, you will provide high-level administrative support to Vice Presidents and senior executives within a leading cancer research institute. This fully remote position, with occasional on-campus presence in Boston, MA, offers the opportunity to significantly contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of senior leadership, manage complex calendars, coordinate events, and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to Vice Presidents and senior executives, including advanced communication and triaging issues.
- Manage complex calendars and anticipate conflicts for senior executives.
- Assist in preparing presentations and ensure meeting logistics are arranged.
- Coordinate department events, leadership meetings, and manage in-person events with appropriate arrangements.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents and interactions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of administrative experience, including at least 2 years in an Executive Assistant role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing priorities.
