What To Expect as a Data Entry Specialist
- Efficiently review and file legal documents using internal systems and email.
- Collaborate closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team for projects and issue resolution.
- Participate in continuous training to enhance industry knowledge and process understanding.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies that arise during document filing.
- Complete additional projects as assigned by management, contributing to team goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Must possess strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Tech experience is highly preferred for this role.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail for accurate repetitive tasks.
- Achieve a typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute.
