Key Responsibilities for a Data Entry Specialist
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team on various projects
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise to ensure accuracy
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and process understanding
- Complete additional projects as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute
