Key Responsibilities for a Data Entry Specialist

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team on various projects
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise to ensure accuracy
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance industry knowledge and process understanding
  • Complete additional projects as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

  • No prior experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
  • Strong technical skills are preferred
  • Desire and ability to work effectively as part of a team
