Job Summary: Data & Business Analyst

Prism Data Consulting seeks to connect talented data professionals with a global leader in biometric technology for a Data & Business Analyst role. The successful candidate will leverage analytical skills to ensure operational compliance, support management reporting, and contribute to critical business insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and present detailed analyses and reports to management, documenting project progress, status, and risks.
  • Analyze operational data to ensure strict compliance with contractual service level agreements through various internal and external reports.
  • Generate maps as required and actively assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Conduct thorough record research, analyze findings comprehensively, and provide clear, concise responses to customers.
  • Track project progress, identify issues, and manage risks associated with assigned responsibilities, performing additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with team members, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational and project administration, including a strong track record of meeting deadlines and effectively monitoring project progress.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in analytical functions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a similar field or a PMO supporting role.
  • Experience in preparing comprehensive reports for upper management regarding project status.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with internal platforms and systems used in biometric solutions or a similar industry.
  • Prior experience in efficiently handling day-to-day operational tasks and proactively monitoring project risks.
