What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle incoming calls from patients and manage all customer service duties via phone and written communication
• Answer patient inquiries regarding statements and payment plans
• Research and resolve account issues identified by patients
• Collaborate with various departments to connect patients with financial counseling and charity screening
• Meet collection goals while consistently providing excellent service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Customer service and call center experience preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED
• Certification: CRCR within 9 months of hire
• Ability to work in a remote work environment
