What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage high call volume, averaging 75 calls per day, providing exceptional customer service.
• Research and communicate complex information clearly and concisely to clients.
• Process credit card payments over the phone while adhering to PCI compliance protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of telephone conversations and billing records.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and work in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of laboratory billing and information systems.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Associate's degree.
• 3 months or more of experience with XIFIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1 year or more of experience in specialty testing or genetics healthcare customer service.
• 1 year or more of Medicare/Medicaid or collections billing experience.
