What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Communicate with members via phone and email, providing empathy and care in every interaction
  • Listen to members' unique needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
  • Accurately document member interactions and activities
  • Assist in onboarding and new account setup for members

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or retail)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6 AM - 8 PM
  • People-focused approach and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
