What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Communicate with members via phone and email, providing empathy and care in every interaction
- Listen to members' unique needs and offer tailored solutions
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices
- Accurately document member interactions and activities
- Assist in onboarding and new account setup for members
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or retail)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6 AM - 8 PM
- People-focused approach and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls
