Priority Crypto is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Proposals Manager to join their ambitious global team during a period of strong growth. More about the client and the role

  • Review client briefs and discovery notes to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities.
  • Translate insights into tailored proposals and compelling pitch narratives.
  • Write and structure proposals using internal templates and service frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (PR, KOL, Creative) to validate scope, timelines, and margins.
  • Maintain and improve the internal proposal library and templates.
  • Track proposal performance and identify patterns that improve win rates.
  • Ensure all proposals are clear, strategic, and delivered within defined timelines.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or PR (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • A structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written English and comfort working in a remote environment.
  • Highly organized with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Someone who enjoys solving problems and shaping commercial narratives.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Workspace, or Pitch.
  • Experience in Web3, fintech, or emerging tech industries.
  • Understanding of sales psychology and persuasion principles.
  • Experience working on proposals, RFPs, or client presentations.
