More about the client and the role
- Review client briefs and discovery notes to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate insights into tailored proposals and compelling pitch narratives.
- Write and structure proposals using internal templates and service frameworks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (PR, KOL, Creative) to validate scope, timelines, and margins.
- Maintain and improve the internal proposal library and templates.
- Track proposal performance and identify patterns that improve win rates.
- Ensure all proposals are clear, strategic, and delivered within defined timelines.
Who are we looking for?
- 2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or PR (agency experience preferred).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- A structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written English and comfort working in a remote environment.
- Highly organized with strong ownership and accountability.
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and shaping commercial narratives.
