Role Overview
We are looking to add experienced Commercial Counsel to our talent network. You will be connected with top-tier clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- J.D. degree and 5+ years legal experience with top-tier law firms or in-house legal departments.
- Experience drafting and negotiating various commercial agreements including procurement, supply chain, vendor, technology, SaaS, and data privacy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally with legal, compliance, and business teams.
- Prior experience supporting Fortune 500 legal teams is preferred.
