What You'll Do
We're looking for an experienced Accessibility Consultant to join our enterprise experience platform team. In this role, you will ensure that products, services, and processes meet established accessibility standards and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with partners across the enterprise, conduct detailed assessments and audits, identify accessibility improvements, guide corrective actions, provide accessibility education, and document progress and exceptions.
You’ll Have the Opportunity To:
- Advise early in the design and development process.
- Manage mass scanning website crawling tools and domain owner relationships.
- Provide practical guidance for inclusive digital experiences.
- Communicate with stakeholders about accessibility risks and progress.
- Lead high-impact projects coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Review digital content against accessibility standards and provide actionable recommendations.
- Track and support issue resolution with alternative compliance approaches.
- Support accessibility education through training and Q&A sessions.
- Contribute to process standardization in accessibility efforts.
Who You Are
You bring 8+ years of accessibility experience, strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 A and AA, and proficiency with assistive technologies and testing tools. You are skilled at identifying accessibility issues across various digital assets, have excellent communication, and are experienced in engaging with accessibility SMEs. Leadership, planning, decision-making, and self-management skills are essential, along with the ability to influence without formal authority.

Work Environment & Compensation
This role offers flexible work arrangements including in-office, hybrid, and remote options (if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC, or Raleigh, NC). Salary ranges from $100,800 to $170,000 yearly, with bonus opportunities for non-sales positions. Additional benefits include flexible time off and pension eligibility.
