Your Role as Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

This isn’t just another finance role; it’s your chance to make your mark at a global fashion powerhouse. As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will:

  • Own forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes across AU & US.
  • Build and optimize models, dashboards, and reporting tools for clear, actionable insights.
  • Partner with Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, and Supply Chain leaders to shape strategy.
  • Coach and mentor the FP&A Analyst to lift team capability and output.
  • Identify risks, spot opportunities, and drive data-led recommendations.

Who You Are

A senior finance professional with proven FP&A or commercial finance experience in e-commerce or retail. You are an expert in financial modelling, forecasting, and BI tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Big Query, with bonus experience in NetSuite. You communicate confidently, simplify complex numbers, and lead with a collaborative spirit.
