Role Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead strategic payment integration programs. You will collaborate across engineering, product, and partner teams to launch superior payment features and ensure a seamless digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end program delivery within time constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and product.
  • Develop and execute technical roadmaps and payment integrations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs for critical business operations.
  • Coordinate risk management, schedule, and budget oversight.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Proven experience working closely with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing multi-faceted programs and cross-functional teams.

  • Experience with project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
