Key Responsibilities
- Pioneering Execution: Supervise end-to-end creative production using generative AI tools.
- Workflow Development: Collaborate to optimize AI-driven pre-production and post-production steps.
- Aesthetic & Quality Control: Ensure cinematic quality and visual continuity in AI-generated content.
- Technical Proficiency: Manage both legacy creative software and cutting-edge GenAI platforms.
- Creative R&D: Research and document innovative generative models and techniques.
- Collaboration: Work with directors, VFX supervisors, and production teams.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years creative executive and content creation experience.
- Experience in production oversight, creative direction, and copy editing.
- Proven blend of traditional filmmaking expertise with GenAI proficiency.
- Strong command of industry-standard creative software and emerging AI tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced mastery of GenAI techniques and custom model fine-tuning.
- Experience with workflow automation and technical pipeline scripting.
- Understanding of data governance, IP challenges, and ethical media production.
- Background in guiding creative teams on new technology integration.
Additional Information
The position is based in Los Angeles, CA and complies with local safety and employment laws. Compensation is based on geographic market and experience, with additional benefits such as equity and sign-on bonuses.
