As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will serve as a brand ambassador, engaging with a large customer base nationwide. You will be responsible for offering personalized and valuable wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions that fit the evolving lifestyles of customers within a fast-paced retail sales environment.
Prime Communications offers competitive compensation, recognizing the importance of attracting and retaining top talent. Current full-time Retail Sales Consultants can expect a minimum base salary of $31,200 annually, with the potential to earn an average of $45,000 or more in total compensation during the first year by successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. Commission is directly tied to achieving outlined sales targets for your market.
