Compensation & Benefits
Prime Communications values its team, offering competitive compensation packages. Full-time Retail Sales Consultants can expect a minimum base salary of $31,200 annually, with the potential to earn an average of $45,000 or more in total compensation during their first year by successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals. Commission is structured based on outlined sales objectives for your specific market.
