Your Future Role as Manager Architecture IT & Cloud at Primagaz

You will join the Transformation and Information Systems Department, whose mission is to support the company's strategic projects.

We are looking for a Technical Transformation and Architecture Manager whose mission will be to lead the team dedicated to IT technical infrastructure projects, including cloudification, system rationalization, and IT architecture, while developing the FinOps function to optimize cloud and infrastructure-related costs.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supervising and leading a team of infrastructure engineers/architects.
• Designing and managing cloud migration, transformation, and technical platform rationalization projects.
• Defining and implementing resilient, secure, and efficient architectures.
• Developing and establishing the FinOps approach (financial optimization of cloud usage).
• Monitoring operational performance and infrastructure expenses.
• Ensuring technological watch on cloud, automation, cybersecurity, and cost optimization.
• Collaborating with Development, Business, Purchasing, and Finance teams.
• Formalizing recommendations on strategic choices for tools, suppliers, and service models.

Essential Requirements for Success in this Role

• You hold a Bac+5 in IT, project management, or equivalent.
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, ideally in an IS transformation context.
• Mastery of Cloud architectures (public, private, hybrid), virtualized environments, and automation solutions (CI/CD, IaC).
• Expertise in optimizing and rationalizing technical infrastructures.
• Knowledge of document management tools (Sharepoint, Confluence, etc.).
• Solid FinOps culture or a strong desire to champion the subject (managing and optimizing cloud expenses).
• You have a very good level of communication in French and technical English.

Job Conditions

• Permanent contract (CDI) to be filled as soon as possible.
• The position is based in our offices in La Défense.
• Cadre status, 211-day package, RTT (reduction in working time).
• Fixed salary + variable.
